AI Workflow Pilot collects the information you submit through its intake form, including your name, work email, company, workflow details, and any information you choose to provide. We use it to evaluate and respond to your request, provide services you purchase, maintain business records, and protect the security of our services.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, health records, Social Security numbers, confidential client files, or other sensitive or regulated data through the public intake form. If your proposed workflow involves sensitive information, identify the category without including the underlying data.
Sharing and service providers
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, scheduling, payments, and business operations. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and client information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above and applicable recordkeeping obligations. No online system is risk-free, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information handled.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your inquiry information, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You may also ask us to stop marketing communications at any time.
